Summit Associates is a regional PM/CM firm with the ability to provide qualified staff on short notice.  Several past and current projects are "On-Call" or "Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity" (ID/IQ) type projects.  Our typical mobilization time for these types of contracts can be as little as 48 hours.  At Summit Associates, it is our goal to provide the most qualified individuals that best fit each client's request.  We believe that the reason we have many repeat clients is that we are true to our motto, "Building Through Partnership for a Better Tomorrow."  Communication is the key, we are listening.
