PROJECT EXPERIENCE
| Summit Associates, as the prime consultant, is providing full CM services for the Bailey Road Bridge Replacement project. Services include value engineering, constructability reviews, resident engineering, scheduling, inspection, and claims support. The project entails demolishing an outdated Steel Beam Bridge which spans an environmentally sensitive creek, constructing a temporary bypass road, and placing a new cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab bridge along the original alignment. |
