PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Summit Associates, as a sub-consultant, will provide construction and inspection management services to the U.S. Department of Interior's National Park Service projects on a nationwide ID/IQ basis. Services will include value engineering, constructability reviews, resident engineering, scheduling, cost estimating, inspection, and claims support. This 5 year contract will begin in September 2003. Facilities to be constructed and types of work include building demolition, historic structure rehabilitation and adaptive use, visitor centers, administration buildings, maintenance facilities, water and sewage treatment plants, comfort stations, campgrounds, picnic areas, roads, trails, parking areas, and marine structures. |
