PROJECT EXPERIENCE

As part of the SFO BART Expansion, Summit Associates provided inspection staff augmentation to support construction of the new San Bruno and South San Francisco BART station projects. These projects involved the reconstruction of adjacent city roadways; the construction of multilevel parking structures; a joint BART/San Bruno police station; a pedestrian bridge; and below grade passenger stations with elevators, escalators, signage, fare collection systems, and ticket vending machines. Summit Associates' representatives prepared daily reports, contract change orders, punch lists, deficiency notices, and progress reports. They also performed plan checks; structural steel welding and bolting inspection; and roadway, SWPPP, utility and landscape inspection. |
