PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Summit Associates provided Resident Engineering and Inspector training programs, and prepared the Resident Engineer’s Construction Manuals for VTA. The training program covered all aspects of Resident Engineering and Inspector duties on the VTA’s highway and rail projects. The Resident Engineer Construction Manual is used as a management tool by Resident Engineers on VTA highway projects. |
