PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Summit Associates, as the prime consultant, will provide full Construction Management services for the Buchanan Field Airport Electrical Upgrade Project scheduled to begin in September 2003. This project entails replacing the majority of signage at the airport with electrical signage and support structures. Work includes trenching, placing signage, conduits, electrical lines, electrical boxes, electrical controllers, subbase, and asphalt paving. Upgrade of the control tower electrical equipment will also be completed. Summit Associates services include constructability reviews, resident engineering, scheduling, electrical and signage inspection, utility relocation, responses to requests for information, contract change order drafting, quantity calculation, and claims support. |
